We now use PayPal for our secure checkout. You can use most types of credit card securely through the PayPal checkout, without the need for a PayPal account. Alternatively PayPal account holders have the option to use their own PayPal account if they prefer. We guarantee to keep your personal and payment details confidential.
Flower Delivery Information - Australia wide
If we receive your Flower order before 11am AEST Monday to Friday it can usually be delivered the same day. An order received after 11 am AEST may still be able to be delivered the same day, but if not, it will be delivered the following day. In certain circumstances beyond our control and for some rose selections, same day deliveries may not be possible.
Every attempt will be made to provide prompt delivery,however if the recipient is not at home and there is no secure place to leave the delivery, a card will be left to notify the recipient. If the gift needs to be re-delivered, it is possible you will be asked for another delivery fee. We deliver Flowers from 9am Monday to 12pm Saturday each week. Deliveries are not possible on Saturday afternoon, Sundays and Public Holidays. Some Sunday deliveries can be arranged for pre-booked orders. (NB: Orders requesting delivery on these days will be delivered the next delivery day).
Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be processed, but not delivered until Monday.
Orders requiring AM deliveries must be received 24 hours prior to delivery.
Note: Deliveries to some remote locations may not be possible. If delivery is not possible a full refund will be given.
Deliveries are only available within Australia.
Order Substitutions
Please note that due to seasonal availability, certain arrangements may vary in variety and colour.
In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Priority is given in decreasing order of importance to:
(1) delivery time of the order, followed by
(2) colour preferences, followed by
(3) the overall style of the arrangement, followed by
(4) specific flower varieties
Flowers of a similar shape, size and value but different type and colour may be used to maintain quality and impact.
In arrangements of a single flower variety (eg rose bouquet), the flower variety will take precedence over colour.
Guarantee & Refund Policy
Justflowers.com.au guarantees the quality and value of every order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery.
We guarantee the quality and freshness of every flower order. We also guarantee the delivery of advanced flower orders subject to our delivery terms.
Roses for Valentines Day have an additional charge due to high demand and supply prices.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notification prior to delivery date, by email: enquiries@justflowers.com.au
All cancellations will incur a $10 processing fee, the remainder of your original order will be refunded to your credit card.
If an order is cancelled because of a customers wrong instructions and flowers deteriate being held for futher information, there will be no refund available.
Large Orders
Orders over $250 have some additional identification requirements and payment in advance by cheque may be required.
